Our community thrives when everyone treats each other and their pets with respect and care.
Be honest and accurate
- • Represent yourself, your home, and your experience accurately in your profile.
- • Do not claim qualifications, certifications, or experience you do not have.
- • Describe your pet accurately, including any behavioural or health issues a fellow needs to know about.
- • Only post genuine, first-hand reviews based on your own care experience.
Put pet welfare first
- • The welfare of pets in your care is your top priority at all times.
- • Never take on a care request you are not confident you can handle safely.
- • Contact the owner immediately if a pet is unwell, injured, or showing unusual behaviour.
- • Do not leave pets unattended for periods longer than agreed with the owner.
- • Seek veterinary attention if a pet requires it. Never delay care to avoid inconvenience.
Treat others with respect
- • Communicate kindly and professionally at all times, whether in messages, reviews, or on your profile.
- • Harassment, discrimination, offensive language, and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
- • Do not use the platform to solicit or conduct transactions outside the Kibble Points system.
- • Respect a member's right to decline a care request. No pressure, harassment, or retaliation.
Do not misuse the platform
- • Do not create fake accounts, reviews, or care requests.
- • Do not use the platform to spam, advertise unrelated services, or solicit personal information.
- • Do not attempt to manipulate the Kibble Point or referral systems.
- • Do not share another member's personal information outside the platform.
Consequences of violations
Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, at our sole discretion. If you witness a violation, please report it to us.
